McCormick Added to S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats
Index

SPARKS, Md., Dec 20, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC), a global leader in flavor, announced that Standard & Poor's has added the Company to its S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index today. According to Standard & Poor's, the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index is designed to measure the performance of S&P 500 constituents that have followed a managed-dividends policy of consistently increasing dividends every year for at least 25 years. The S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index includes fewer than 50 companies.
