McCormick & Company Begins Trading On The New York Stock Exchange

SPARKS, MD, MAY 25 -- McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC) has announced that its non-voting common stock began trading today on the New York Stock Exchange, under ticker symbol "MKC."

On April 26, the Company announced that it had filed an application to list its non-voting common stock on the New York Stock Exchange. Until today, the Company's shares traded on NASDAQ under the symbol MCCRK.
