McCormick Declares $0.18 Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., June 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on its common stocks payable July 21, 2006, to shareholders of record on July 7.

This is the 82nd year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
