McCormick Declares $0.22 Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., Apr 02, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE:MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.22 per share on its common stocks payable April 25, 2008, to shareholders of record on April 14.

This is the 84th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
