McCormick Declares 16¢ Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, MD, SEPT. 21 -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NASDAQ:MCCRK) today declared a quarterly dividend of 16¢ per share on its Common stocks, payable October 13, 1998, to shareholders of record October 1.

This is the 74th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company. McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
