McCormick Declares 17 Cents Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share on its Common Stocks, payable July 15, 1999, to shareholders of record July 2.

This is the 75th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.

McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
