McCormick Declares $.19 Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $.19 per share on its common stocks, payable July 14, 2000, to shareholders of record June 30.

This is the 76th year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
