McCormick Declares $0.18 Quarterly Dividend
SPARKS, Md., March 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share on its common stocks payable April 17, 2006, to shareholders of record on April 3.
This is the 82nd year of consecutive dividend payments by the Company.
McCormick is the international producer of spices, seasonings, flavorings, and specialty foods.
