McCormick Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend

SPARKS, Md., Nov 25, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC), today approved a 17% increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.12 to $0.14 cents per share on its common stocks, payable January 21, 2004, to shareholders of record December 31, 2003. During the last 12 months, the Company's dividend has increased 27% while the share price of the Company's stock has increased more than 20%.
